Barbosa is a senior project manager, principal, owner and Chief Executive
Officer of BMR Design Group, Inc. He is a registered Architect with more
than 30 years of experience in design, coordination of construction documents
and specifications, and construction administration for educational, commercial,
municipal, institutional, residential, health care, and religious facilities.
He leads
with strong management and communications skills. Being a customer service
oriented individual, he will provide day-to-day guidance and orchestrate
the tasks of the architectural and engineering teams throughout each
project. He has worked on ADA projects since 1994.
His experience
includes design and planning work for State Office Building; State Patrol
Headquarters; Milwaukee Public Schools; Village of Brown Deer City Hall
and Library; United Migrant Opportunity Services (U.M.O.S.); United
Community Center's Bruce Guadalupe Community School Addition; La Causa;
La Casa de Esperanza; Social Development Commission (SDC); UWM Fine
Arts Building; MATC Downtown Campus Expansion - Health Technology Center
and Child Care Center; Continental Savings Bank; Highland Gardens Apartments;
Myrtle Davis Senior Center Apartments; La Villa Elderly Apartments;
Casa Catalina Elderly Apartments;and El Rey Enterprises. Other experience
includes Medical and Health Care facilities in over thirty states and
5 foreign countries; restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations/car washes,
residential, and churches.
